WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN?

You have purchased an Aviron Rower at avironactive.com
You purchased the Extended Protection Plan at the same time as your Aviron purchase.
You are a customer in contiguous USA or Canada

CAN I CANCEL THE EXTENDED PROTECTION PLAN?

Plans may be cancelled and refunded in full if the cancellation is made within 30 days of purchase, with no claims on file.

ARE MY REPAIRED PARTS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?

Repaired/replacement components will be covered for the duration of the remaining warranty, or for 30 days after the repair (whichever comes last).

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE ULTIMATE EXTENDED WARRANTY

Any changes in cosmetic appearance such as discoloration of paint or plastic, damage due to moving, or any other change in appearance that does not affect performance
Any modifications to the Aviron hardware or software are not only not covered, but will also void the warranty
Damage or equipment failure due to improper or outdoor use
