There is a 30-day risk-free return period which means you can use Aviron and see if it’s for you. If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived and we will send you a return label for shipping. Aviron's connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories, including the touchscreen, resistance mechanism, drive belt, handlebar, foot carriage, seat, sensors, frame, and rail, provided your initial membership is active and the equipment is purchased directly through our website.

If your membership is no longer active or if you did not purchase directly from our website, you’ll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the structural frame, plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories. For more details, please visit the Warranty page.

Operating at only ~60 decibels or conversational volume, Aviron's smart design and nylon belt makes it quieter than many other rowers.

Strong Series rowers have a unique compact design, which means that while the rail is long enough to accommodate people up to about 6’ 8” in height, the rower is only 84” or 7’ long, front to back, and can be easily stored upright in most spaces. No wall mounts or installation is required.

Aviron rowers are designed for 45-minute self-assembly and do not require professional assembly. All tools and manuals are provided inside the box and video guides are available as well. We also offer white glove service, including scheduled delivery and professional assembly.

Aviron’s connected fitness equipment is equipped with Bluetooth, so you can pair any Bluetooth headphones and dedicated Bluetooth heart rate monitors.
