+ How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial work?
There is a 30-day risk-free return period which means you can use Aviron and see if it’s for you. If you decide to return your Aviron, you will need to package it back up in the box in which it arrived, and we will send you a return label for shipping. There are no restocking or shipping return fees. Please see our return policy for details.
+ What warranty is included?
Aviron’s connected fitness equipment comes with a comprehensive 20-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories, provided you keep your initial membership active.
If your membership is no longer active, you’ll still receive an industry-leading 10-year warranty on the structural frame and the drive motor (for treadmills), plus a 1-year limited warranty on parts for equipment and accessories.

+ Does it come with assembly?
Aviron’s are designed for 45-minute self-assembly and do not require professional assembly. All tools are provided and video guides and manuals are available online and inside the box. We also offer white glove service, including scheduled delivery and professional assembly.
+ Is it Bluetooth compatible?
Aviron’s connected fitness equipment is equipped with Bluetooth, so you can pair any Bluetooth headphones and dedicated Bluetooth heart rate monitors.
+ What devices and platforms can I connect with?
Aviron supports dedicated Bluetooth heart rate monitors, including but not limited to Apple Watch, Wahoo (TICKR, TICKRx, TICKRfit), POLAR (H10, OH1+, Verity Sense), and Garmin (HRM). You can also upload and sync your workouts with Strava and Google Health.
+ Are all Aviron’s eligible for White Glove service?
Yes, all Aviron connected fitness equipment, including rowers, bikes, and treadmills, as well as any essential upgrades purchased together with the equipment, are eligible. Please note that accessories ordered separately are not eligible.
+ How much is shipping?
Aviron covers free ground shipping to most zip codes within the contiguous United States. White Glove service, which includes scheduled delivery and professional assembly, is available for an extra fee.
+ Is White Glove service available?
White Glove service is currently offered in select zip codes within the contiguous United States. Your eligibility will be confirmed at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Any essential upgrades purchased together with your Aviron are also eligible. Please note that accessories ordered separately are not eligible.
+ When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt, unless indicated otherwise on the shopping page.
For White Glove delivery, our delivery partner will contact you via email and SMS so that you may schedule your delivery. You will be provided with a 4-hour window, scheduled between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm local time.
+ What does White Glove service include?
White Glove service ensures a seamless experience, including scheduled delivery, professional assembly, and final testing to ensure your Aviron is working perfectly—all in the room of your choice. The assembly process typically takes 30-60 minutes.
Technicians can remove the packaging upon request; however, we recommend keeping the original packaging, as it is required for eligibility under our Risk-Free Trial policy. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your Aviron will be set up with care and precision, allowing you to focus on your fitness journey.
+ What are all the perks I get with the membership?
Your Aviron membership gives you access to Aviron World, a library of 1000+ workouts across 8 diverse program categories including games, classes, scenic destinations, live races, and more.
You can add and follow friends and engage with other members in cooperative or competitive games and programs in real time. You can also access your streaming accounts (including Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Prime, Paramount+, HBO Max, Disney+, Spotify, Kindle, and more) while tracking workouts and earning Aviron coins, a sweat-equity currency that enables in-app shopping for backgrounds, avatars, and power-ups, to further personalize and upgrade your experience.

+ How much is the family membership?
You can purchase a Family Membership with unlimited profiles for just $29/month, billed annually (equivalent to 2 months free), or opt for monthly billing. Competitors charge $39–$44/month, so you save up to 34% with Aviron.
If you already have a membership for other Aviron equipment, simply add another Family Membership for $10/month.
Even without a membership, your equipment remains fully functional. You can still create a profile, view metrics, earn badges, add and follow friends, track workout history, adjust resistance/incline, chart performance, use the iOS/Android MyAviron Companion app, and more.

+ Can I use the Aviron without a membership?
If you decide the membership isn’t for you, Aviron is fully functional with a suite of features. Without a membership, you can view your metrics as you workout, create a profile, add and follow friends, track your workout history, adjust resistance/incline, and chart your performance. + Can the membership be canceled at any time?
Yes, the membership can be canceled and renewed at any time.
